Cancellation & Refund Cancellations

1. Cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed within 12 hours of journey time.
2. 50% of payments will be deducted if the confirmed ticket is canceled.
3. 100% of payments will be deducted if there is no show or the booking is canceled 12 hrs prior to the departure
4. Refund if any will be processed in your account in 7 working days.

What are the documents required to book Mahindra Thar for Rent?

The Guest has to have a valid 4-wheeler driving license

What documents will be provided while renting Mahindra Thar?

We will provide you with some amount of fuel, and valid documents of  the car

What precautions do the clients need to take at the time of renting the car?

The clients need to take a detailed video of the car and of the fuel gauge. For any damage to the vehicle, the additional charges will be taken from the clients directly. Do not drive the vehicle in a dangerous position, Do not drive on the beaches. There is a fine from the Tourism department. Do not sit on the bonnet of the vehicle.

What is a Refundable Security Deposit?

The Guest needs to deposit one valid Id Proof and a Refundable Security Deposit of Rs  5000/- per car

What is the one-day duration of the car?

One day duration of the car is calculated from 09:00 A.M to  09:00 A.M (The next day) If you book the car for minimum 2 days then the car will remain with the clients overnight for 2 nights and has to return on Day 3 by  09:00 AM

What if the guest hires a car for 1 day and returns it the Next Morning by 11:00 A.M?

The clients will be charged for 2 days. The additional 1-day charge will be adjusted from the Security deposit at the time of returning the vehicle.

What if the Guest says he went to a Disco/Casino and could not get up on time to return the vehicle?

In case of delay in returning the car, one-day additional rent will be deducted from the Security deposit of the guest.
